Everything below is made on the estate. There is no shop on this site: bottles are sold from the old priest’s house, and tastings are arranged directly with the family.

The old olive mill
The oil is pressed from the estate's own groves. The old mill still stands in the hamlet, its stone wheel in place, and is used now for long tables rather than for pressing.
